By downloading or using Marketakam you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Usage Rules. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer or redistribute the app.

2. Purpose

Marketakam is a bookkeeping aid for small shops. It does not provide accounting, tax, legal or financial advice. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for any business decisions you make using the app's figures and reports.

3. Your data

Data you enter stays on your device (see the Privacy Policy). You are responsible for keeping your own backups of any records you need. Deleting the app may delete its data.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and not to attempt to disrupt, misuse or interfere with it.

5. No warranty

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will be error-free or uninterrupted.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the app.

7. Changes and termination

We may update these terms or the app from time to time. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms. You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it.

8. Apple

These terms are between you and the app publisher, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app and is not responsible for any claims relating to it. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms.
